Stephanie grew up in the homebuilding business.  For over 27 years, the past 17 with Bancroft, she has become an industry expert at managing and coordinating the sales process to ensure our customers are comfortable and 100% satisfied.  Along with Mike, Stephanie will work with you in the design and pre-construction process and gain a thorough understanding of your expectations.  During the pre-construction phase, she will work and guide you through the selection process and ensure that you have a complete understanding and agreement of all costs prior to the start of you construction project.
