Michael has over 30 years in the homebuilding industry, the past 17 with Bancroft.   Michael’s experience along with his technical expertise ensures that you and your design professional will have first-class construction management from the initial design through construction. His responsibility is to ensure that each member of the team has a clear understanding of your expectations relative to budget, quality and schedule.  Throughout construction, Michael will work and communicate with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
