Construction

The construction phase begins after an agreement is signed that will be based on final architectural plans, clearly defined specifications and the final cost.  During the construction process our responsibilities to you will be:

INSTRUCTION   We’ll provide you with a complete homeowner’s manual consisting of all the related warranties, instructional, and care information
ON-SITE DEMONSTRATION   We’ll personally instruct you in your new home and familiarize you with the proper operation and maintenance of all equipment and systems
